The setting was favourable, just next door to many restaurants and shopping as well, stores and Knoxville from now on. The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a small refrigerator.

The staff we met were not that friendly.

The location is particularly good and magnificent for exploring Knoxville. Accommodating personnel is on night shift. The rooms are beautifully maintained and decent sized with updated carpet as well as better functioning curtains.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tony at the front desk and Nikki, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right. The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay at this hotel. the hot tub that was shown in the pictures was actually filled in and not available for use.

The hotel was clean with efficient and knowledgeable staff members. The location was easy - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We tried some drinks at bar Gibby's Dining & Drinks, located 5 minutes walk away.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring our check-in was smooth and asking if there was anything they could do to enhance our stay. Their hospitality spoke volumes about the hotel and its employees. Additionally, the hotel had clean and tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable bedding and pillows. The towels were fresh and the desk area in the room provided a convenient workspace. We also appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The reliable wifi and nice TV were bonuses.
